Template notice: a starting point, not attorney-reviewed. The warranty language below must be reconciled with the actual written warranty document before launch.
Using this site
The content here is provided for general information about our services. We work to keep it accurate, but specifications, pricing guidance, and availability can change without notice. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.
Estimates and pricing
Any figure quoted on this site is illustrative. Actual pricing comes from a written, itemized estimate produced after an on-site inspection. That written estimate is the controlling document. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Scheduling and weather
Interior work proceeds year-round. Exterior work depends on slab temperature, moisture, and forecast, and may be rescheduled for conditions outside our control. We will always tell you as early as we can.
Warranty
Residential flake systems carry a written warranty against peeling, delamination, and hot-tire pickup under normal residential use, for as long as the original customer owns the property. It covers our workmanship and the coating materials.
It does not cover: damage from impact, abuse, or improper maintenance; damage from slab movement, settlement, or foundation failure; damage from water intrusion originating outside the coated area; discoloration from chemicals or cleaners we advised against; or areas where the customer declined recommended repair or moisture mitigation. Commercial warranty terms differ by system and are stated in the contract. The full written warranty is provided with your estimate.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your written estimate. A deposit may be required to schedule. Financing, where offered, is provided by third-party lenders on their own terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, our liability arising out of the services is limited to the amount paid for the work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
