Diamond-ground prep and a 20+ mil polyurea-polyaspartic build, so the coating keys into the slab instead of sitting on top of it.
Make It Neat. Make It Elite.
Polyurea-polyaspartic floor systems for garages, basements, patios, and commercial slabs across North Georgia & Northwest Metro Atlanta. Diamond-ground prep, a lifetime residential warranty, and you park on it tomorrow — not next week.
Diamond-ground prep and a 20+ mil polyurea-polyaspartic build, so the coating keys into the slab instead of sitting on top of it.
Full-broadcast flake under two clear topcoats. The same system on a starter garage as on a showroom floor — we do not keep a cheap tier.
UV-stable, hot-tire resistant, and backed by a lifetime residential warranty against peeling and delamination.
Most of the garages we coat start out stained, dusty, and cracked at the control joints. Grinding opens the concrete, repairs go in, and the system goes down over the top — all before we leave.
Residential and commercial concrete across North Georgia. If it is a slab, we can almost certainly put a floor on it.
The bread and butter. A full flake system installed in a single day that shrugs off hot tires, road salt, dropped tools, and oil.
Learn more →Finish the basement without carpet or laminate. A coated slab handles Georgia humidity and the occasional water event without warping or growing mold.
Learn more →UV-stable, slip-resistant finishes for outdoor concrete that stay comfortable underfoot through a Georgia August.
Learn more →Warehouses, shops, showrooms, and commercial kitchens. Installed nights and weekends so you never close the doors.
Learn more →The step most companies skip. Cracks, spalling, pitting, and failed old coatings fixed properly before anything new goes down.
Learn more →Coating failures are almost never coating failures. They are prep failures, product failures, or thickness failures — and all three are decided before the first bucket is opened.
Acid etching is faster, cheaper, and the reason most bargain coatings peel inside two years. Every slab we touch is mechanically ground to a CSP-2/3 profile so the coating keys into the concrete instead of sitting on top of it.
Epoxy is rigid, ambers in UV, and needs a week to cure. Our system flexes with the slab, holds its color outdoors, and is ready for vehicles in 24 hours instead of seven days.
A big-box kit lays down roughly 3 to 5 mils of water-based epoxy. We install a full system at more than four times that thickness. Same square footage, entirely different lifespan.
You get a written, itemized number on site before anything is scheduled. Repair work is priced into it. We do not discover surprises halfway through the job.
No mystery and no shortcuts. Prep is where a coating is won or lost, and it is the step most companies rush.
We come out, measure the slab, moisture-test it, and look at what is actually going on with the concrete. You get a written, itemized price on the spot. No pressure, no "today only" pricing.
Every square foot gets mechanically ground to a CSP-2/3 profile with dust-collected diamond equipment. Cracks are cut and filled, spalls rebuilt, and any failed coating comes off. We never acid etch.
Pigmented polyurea basecoat goes down and vinyl flake is broadcast to refusal while it is wet. Once it sets, we scrape and vacuum the surface back to a smooth, even plane.
Two clear polyaspartic topcoats lock everything in, with grip additive dialed to how you use the space. Walk on it that evening. Park on it the next day.
Six of our most-requested vinyl flake blends. Every one is a full broadcast under a clear polyaspartic topcoat — pick a direction here and we will bring physical samples to the estimate so you can see them in your own light.
Do not see the color you want? We can match nearly any blend, including custom school, team, and corporate colors.
A showroom and a commercial kitchen need different chemistry. We spec the system around the space rather than selling one product for everything.
Vinyl chip broadcast to refusal, then locked under a clear polyaspartic topcoat. Hides imperfections, adds grip, and is what most people picture when they picture a nice garage.
Reflective pigments moved by hand while the resin is wet, so no two floors are alike. Built for showrooms, man caves, and retail spaces that need to stop people.
A single uniform color under a clear topcoat. The most cost-effective system and the easiest to keep looking clean in a working shop.
Colored quartz aggregate at full thickness. The most aggressive slip resistance we offer and the standard for commercial kitchens and wet processing areas.
No coating at all — the slab itself ground, densified, and polished to a sheen. Nothing to peel because there is nothing on top.
For floors that see steam, boiling water, or hard chemical exposure. Handles thermal shock that would crack a standard epoxy off the slab.

Most residential garages, basements, and patios are start-to-finish in one day. Our crew is typically on site 6 to 8 hours. Larger or heavily damaged slabs occasionally need a second day, and if that is the case we tell you at the estimate, not partway through.
Price comes down to square footage, slab condition, and which system you pick. A standard two-car garage in good shape sits in a fairly predictable range; a spalled basement needing moisture mitigation costs more. We give you a written, itemized number on site before any work is scheduled, and that number does not change.
No. Hot-tire pickup happens when a coating is too rigid and is not mechanically bonded to the slab. We diamond grind to open the concrete profile and use a flexible polyurea basecoat, so the coating moves with the slab instead of fighting it. Hot-tire delamination is covered under the warranty.
Three things: prep, product, and thickness. Kits tell you to acid etch, which does not open the profile enough for a lasting bond. They use water-based epoxy at roughly 3 to 5 mils. We diamond grind and install a polyurea-polyaspartic system at 20+ mils. That is the difference between a floor that lasts two years and one that lasts decades.
Residential flake systems carry a lifetime warranty against peeling, delamination, and hot-tire pickup for as long as you own the home. It covers our workmanship and the coating itself. It does not cover damage from impact, abuse, or slab movement from foundation issues. You get the full written terms with your estimate — read them.
Dust mop it and wet mop it with a pH-neutral cleaner. That is genuinely the whole routine. Skip anything with citrus or harsh solvents, and do not use a steam cleaner on residential systems. Most people find it takes less upkeep than the bare concrete did.
