Garage Floor Coatings
Garage Floors
Warehouses, shops, showrooms, and commercial kitchens. Installed nights and weekends so you never close the doors.
Commercial floors get specified around downtime, load, and code. We work off your schedule — nights, weekends, phased by bay — and we build the system around what actually happens on that floor, whether that is forklift traffic, thermal shock, or a health inspector.
Commercial projects are bid individually. Send us square footage, current floor condition, and what runs across it, and we will scope it properly.
Every estimate is free, on site, and written down before anything is scheduled. We measure the slab, moisture-test it where it matters, and tell you what the concrete actually needs — including when the honest answer is that it needs repair before it needs a coating.
We install commercial & industrial flooring throughout North Georgia & Northwest Metro Atlanta, including Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth, Woodstock, Canton, Holly Springs, Powder Springs, Smyrna, and the surrounding communities. See all service areas.
No mystery and no shortcuts. Prep is where a coating is won or lost, and it is the step most companies rush.
We come out, measure the slab, moisture-test it, and look at what is actually going on with the concrete. You get a written, itemized price on the spot. No pressure, no "today only" pricing.
Every square foot gets mechanically ground to a CSP-2/3 profile with dust-collected diamond equipment. Cracks are cut and filled, spalls rebuilt, and any failed coating comes off. We never acid etch.
Pigmented polyurea basecoat goes down and vinyl flake is broadcast to refusal while it is wet. Once it sets, we scrape and vacuum the surface back to a smooth, even plane.
Two clear polyaspartic topcoats lock everything in, with grip additive dialed to how you use the space. Walk on it that evening. Park on it the next day.
Almost never. We work nights, weekends, and in phases — bay by bay or section by section — so your operation keeps running. Same-day return to service means a floor coated Saturday night is ready for Monday morning.
Yes, when it is specified for it. Forklift and pallet-jack traffic needs a higher-build system than a residential garage — usually a full quartz or double-broadcast flake at increased mil thickness. Tell us the equipment and load and we will build the system around it.
Yes. Kitchens get urethane cement, not epoxy, because they see thermal shock from boiling water and steam cleaning that would crack an epoxy system off the slab. We install USDA/FDA-compliant systems with integral cove base so there is no seam where the floor meets the wall.
Most residential garages, basements, and patios are start-to-finish in one day. Our crew is typically on site 6 to 8 hours. Larger or heavily damaged slabs occasionally need a second day, and if that is the case we tell you at the estimate, not partway through.
