How a one-day install actually works
No mystery and no shortcuts. Prep is where a coating is won or lost, and it is the step most companies rush.

Free On-Site Estimate
We come out, measure the slab, moisture-test it, and look at what is actually going on with the concrete. You get a written, itemized price on the spot. No pressure, no "today only" pricing.
- 02
Diamond Grinding & Repair
Every square foot gets mechanically ground to a CSP-2/3 profile with dust-collected diamond equipment. Cracks are cut and filled, spalls rebuilt, and any failed coating comes off. We never acid etch.

Basecoat & Flake Broadcast
Pigmented polyurea basecoat goes down and vinyl flake is broadcast to refusal while it is wet. Once it sets, we scrape and vacuum the surface back to a smooth, even plane.

Polyaspartic Topcoat
Two clear polyaspartic topcoats lock everything in, with grip additive dialed to how you use the space. Walk on it that evening. Park on it the next day.

Six of our most-requested vinyl flake blends. Every one is a full broadcast under a clear polyaspartic topcoat — pick a direction here and we will bring physical samples to the estimate so you can see them in your own light.

Basement Floor Coatings: common questions
My basement gets damp. Is a coating still a good idea?
Often it is the better option — there is nothing to warp or grow mold the way carpet and laminate do. We run a moisture test before quoting. If vapor drive through the slab is high, we install a vapor mitigation primer first. Skipping that test is the single most common reason basement coatings fail.
How long does the whole job take?
Most residential garages, basements, and patios are start-to-finish in one day. Our crew is typically on site 6 to 8 hours. Larger or heavily damaged slabs occasionally need a second day, and if that is the case we tell you at the estimate, not partway through.
What does a floor coating cost?
Price comes down to square footage, slab condition, and which system you pick. A standard two-car garage in good shape sits in a fairly predictable range; a spalled basement needing moisture mitigation costs more. We give you a written, itemized number on site before any work is scheduled, and that number does not change.
What about the cracks in my concrete?
Cracks get chased out with a crack chaser, vacuumed clean, and filled with a structural polyurea that cures harder than the surrounding concrete. Spalled edges and control joints are rebuilt to grade. Fair warning: if a slab is actively moving, a coating will not stop that, and we will tell you straight if that is what we are looking at.
