What we collect
When you submit the estimate form we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, city, the service you are asking about, the approximate size of the space, and any notes you add. If you call or text us, we have your phone number and whatever you tell us.
We do not currently run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated to say so.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your request, schedule and perform work, and follow up about that work. That is the entire list.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with marketing companies or lead brokers. The only parties who may see it are service providers we rely on to operate — our website host, which processes form submissions, and our email provider — and only to the extent needed to deliver your message to us.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests and job records are retained as long as needed to serve you and honor the warranty on work we performed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
Email ABCElitecoatings@gmail.com or call (770) 608-3114 to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To stop hearing from us, tell us and we will stop.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
