A garage floor takes more abuse than any other slab on the property. Hot tires pull at the surface, road salt and brake dust eat into bare concrete, and every dropped wrench leaves a mark. Our polyurea-polyaspartic flake system is engineered for exactly that, and it goes down in one day.

Most two-car garages fall in a predictable range. We quote by the square foot after we see the slab, and the number we give you is the number you pay.
Every estimate is free, on site, and written down before anything is scheduled. We measure the slab, moisture-test it where it matters, and tell you what the concrete actually needs — including when the honest answer is that it needs repair before it needs a coating.

How a one-day install actually works
No mystery and no shortcuts. Prep is where a coating is won or lost, and it is the step most companies rush.

Free On-Site Estimate
We come out, measure the slab, moisture-test it, and look at what is actually going on with the concrete. You get a written, itemized price on the spot. No pressure, no "today only" pricing.
- 02
Diamond Grinding & Repair
Every square foot gets mechanically ground to a CSP-2/3 profile with dust-collected diamond equipment. Cracks are cut and filled, spalls rebuilt, and any failed coating comes off. We never acid etch.

Basecoat & Flake Broadcast
Pigmented polyurea basecoat goes down and vinyl flake is broadcast to refusal while it is wet. Once it sets, we scrape and vacuum the surface back to a smooth, even plane.

Polyaspartic Topcoat
Two clear polyaspartic topcoats lock everything in, with grip additive dialed to how you use the space. Walk on it that evening. Park on it the next day.

Garage Floor Coatings: common questions
How long does the whole job take?
Most residential garages, basements, and patios are start-to-finish in one day. Our crew is typically on site 6 to 8 hours. Larger or heavily damaged slabs occasionally need a second day, and if that is the case we tell you at the estimate, not partway through.
Will hot tires peel it up like my old epoxy?
No. Hot-tire pickup happens when a coating is too rigid and is not mechanically bonded to the slab. We diamond grind to open the concrete profile and use a flexible polyurea basecoat, so the coating moves with the slab instead of fighting it. Hot-tire delamination is covered under the warranty.
What does a floor coating cost?
Price comes down to square footage, slab condition, and which system you pick. A standard two-car garage in good shape sits in a fairly predictable range; a spalled basement needing moisture mitigation costs more. We give you a written, itemized number on site before any work is scheduled, and that number does not change.
When can I walk on it and park on it?
You can walk on the floor about 4 to 6 hours after the final topcoat, so usually the same evening. Vehicles can go back on after 24 hours. That fast return to service is the whole reason we use polyaspartic instead of traditional epoxy, which needs 3 to 7 days.
I already have a coating that is failing. Can you go over it?
We will not coat over a failing system — that just buys you a nicer-looking failure. Old coating gets mechanically removed down to sound concrete, then the slab is re-profiled and repaired. Removal is priced into the quote so there are no surprises.
