We tell you when you do not need us
If a slab is actively moving from a foundation issue, a coating will not fix it and we will say so. We would rather lose the job than install something we know will fail.
We are based in Marietta and we install concrete coatings across North Georgia & Northwest Metro Atlanta. That is the whole business — we do not also do roofing, or gutters, or windows.
Concrete coating is a trade where the visible part — the color, the flake, the shine — is maybe ten percent of whether the floor lasts. The other ninety percent is what happens to the slab before any product comes out of a bucket.
That is an easy thing to cut corners on, because nobody sees it. Acid etch instead of grinding and you save two hours per job. Skip the moisture test and you save the cost of the kit. Thin the system out to fifteen mils and you save on material. The floor still looks great on day one. It just does not look great in year three.
We built the business around not doing that. Every slab gets diamond ground. Every crack gets cut and filled. Every basement gets moisture tested. It is slower and it is not the cheapest quote you will get, and it is the reason our floors are still down when the bargain ones have peeled.
Polyurea basecoat, vinyl flake or quartz broadcast, and two clear polyaspartic topcoats — typically 20+ mils total. Polyaspartic cures fast enough that most residential jobs are done in a day and you can park on the floor in 24 hours, instead of the week traditional epoxy needs. It is also UV stable, which is why our outdoor work does not go yellow after a Georgia summer.
For commercial spaces we spec around the actual conditions — urethane cement where there is thermal shock, heavier quartz builds under forklift traffic, USDA-compliant systems with cove base for food service. Compare the systems if you want the detail.

The people who quote your floor are the people who grind it and coat it. Nothing is subcontracted out to whoever is available that week.
Written and itemized on site, with repair work included. We do not find surprises halfway through and we do not do "today only" pricing.
Most of our callouts are to fix somebody else's failed coating, and it is almost always a prep problem. So we spend the time there, every single job.
No mystery and no shortcuts. Prep is where a coating is won or lost, and it is the step most companies rush.
We come out, measure the slab, moisture-test it, and look at what is actually going on with the concrete. You get a written, itemized price on the spot. No pressure, no "today only" pricing.
Every square foot gets mechanically ground to a CSP-2/3 profile with dust-collected diamond equipment. Cracks are cut and filled, spalls rebuilt, and any failed coating comes off. We never acid etch.
Pigmented polyurea basecoat goes down and vinyl flake is broadcast to refusal while it is wet. Once it sets, we scrape and vacuum the surface back to a smooth, even plane.
Two clear polyaspartic topcoats lock everything in, with grip additive dialed to how you use the space. Walk on it that evening. Park on it the next day.
