Vinyl chip broadcast to refusal, then locked under a clear polyaspartic topcoat. Hides imperfections, adds grip, and is what most people picture when they picture a nice garage.
Reflective pigments moved by hand while the resin is wet, so no two floors are alike. Built for showrooms, man caves, and retail spaces that need to stop people.
A single uniform color under a clear topcoat. The most cost-effective system and the easiest to keep looking clean in a working shop.
Colored quartz aggregate at full thickness. The most aggressive slip resistance we offer and the standard for commercial kitchens and wet processing areas.
No coating at all — the slab itself ground, densified, and polished to a sheen. Nothing to peel because there is nothing on top.
For floors that see steam, boiling water, or hard chemical exposure. Handles thermal shock that would crack a standard epoxy off the slab.
Including the downsides. If a company will not tell you what a product is bad at, they are selling you the product they have rather than the one you need.

Three things: prep, product, and thickness. Kits tell you to acid etch, which does not open the profile enough for a lasting bond. They use water-based epoxy at roughly 3 to 5 mils. We diamond grind and install a polyurea-polyaspartic system at 20+ mils. That is the difference between a floor that lasts two years and one that lasts decades.
Mechanically, always. Every slab is diamond ground with dust-collected equipment to a CSP-2/3 profile, which opens the pores so the coating can key into the concrete. We do not acid etch. Acid etching is faster and cheaper and it is the reason most bargain coatings peel within a couple of years.
Not with what we use outdoors. Standard epoxy ambers and chalks under UV, which is why so many outdoor epoxy jobs look tired after one summer. Our exterior topcoats are aliphatic polyaspartic, which is UV stable and holds its color.
Not when it is specified correctly. We broadcast a graded texture additive into the topcoat and dial the amount to the space. A pool deck gets aggressive grip; a showroom gets almost none. Tell us how the space gets used and we will match it.
Dust mop it and wet mop it with a pH-neutral cleaner. That is genuinely the whole routine. Skip anything with citrus or harsh solvents, and do not use a steam cleaner on residential systems. Most people find it takes less upkeep than the bare concrete did.
Residential flake systems carry a lifetime warranty against peeling, delamination, and hot-tire pickup for as long as you own the home. It covers our workmanship and the coating itself.
